Small Pump House Burned Near Rio Grande Reservoir

A report of a small pump house that burned in the Papoose Fire of the West Fork Complex has been confirmed. The pump house was located east of the Rio Grande Reservoir.  There had been rumors of a bunkhouse burning, but after further investigation, it was determined it was a pump house which had burned during earlier fire activity. The Hinsdale County Sheriff has made landowner notification. This is the only known structure that has burned on the fire to date.
